Dr Lewis Nutrition® Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

Dr Lewis Nutrition® has unilaterally adopted this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy for all wholesalers, distributors, and retailers who resell our products. No reseller may advertise, list, or display any Dr Lewis Nutrition® product at a price below the manufacturer's suggested retail price shown on the product pages at drlewisnutrition.com. This applies to every public-facing channel, including reseller websites, online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, email and text campaigns, social media, paid search, print, catalogs, and in-store signage. Advertising a product as free, or bundling it with another item so that its advertised value falls below MSRP, is treated the same as advertising below MSRP. This policy governs advertised pricing only, and every reseller remains free to set its own actual selling price at checkout or at the register. Dr Lewis Nutrition® neither seeks nor will accept any agreement, assurance, or commitment from any reseller concerning resale pricing, and our personnel are not authorized to discuss, negotiate, or grant exceptions to this policy. We may decline to fill orders, suspend or terminate a reseller account, or withdraw authorization to sell our products, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any advertising that falls below MAP, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time.

This policy is adopted and enforced by Dr Lewis Nutrition® alone. It is not an agreement, and no reseller is asked or required to accept it. Suspected violations may be reported to support@drlewisnutrition.com, which is for reports only, since Dr Lewis Nutrition® does not discuss or negotiate this policy.
