Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping - Continental United States
Free standard shipping is available on all retail orders over $99 shipped within the continental United States. Orders under $99 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Free shipping applies to retail customers only. Wholesale orders are charged shipping at the prevailing carrier rate.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is available but is not eligible for free shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International availability varies depending on your country's import regulations for dietary supplements, carrier serviceability, and applicable customs requirements.

Include your full shipping address, phone number, and the number of products you want, and we will confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.
Please note the following for all international orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not collected by Dr Lewis Nutrition® and are non-refundable. Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination and are not guaranteed. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of certain dietary supplements. Thus, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that our products are permitted in the destination country prior to ordering. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same shipping rates and processing timelines as standard retail orders. Free shipping applies to subscription orders that meet the $99 threshold. Shipping charges for subscription orders under $99 will be calculated and displayed before your subscription is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation for domestic orders, please contact us via our Contact page at drlewisnutrition.com/pages/contact. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Dr Lewis Nutrition® is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via our Contact page at drlewisnutrition.com/pages/contact. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed for shipment.
